GIANT CROATIAN TRUFFLES
Okay folks, it’s time to talk about something…. TRUFFLES. I’m not talking about the chocolate kind (though we can admit those are just as amazing). I’m talking about the kind you shave over gnocchi and make your insides melt into butter when you taste your first bite.
And where do the largest, golden-egg sized truffles exist? Croatia of course. There are over 70 truffle types in the world, and the Istrian forests of Croatia produce giant white truffles.
