California Spring Cycling
Did you know?
California makes 90 percent of the wine made in the United States
We recently revisited California connecting with wine growers, restauranteurs and fellow cyclists. We fell in love with the roads and wine area of Santa Barbara all over again. Riding to vineyards, zip lining through redwood forests and ending each day with great food & wine. Our goal is to share some of our favorite experiences with you.
We’ll warm-up on the bike in Carmel Valley before heading south on Hwy 1. Each day has vast new views of the ocean and a history that you may not have heard about before. After a few days on Hwy 1 Big Sur coastline will move further south to Santa Barbara. From there we’ll explore the Santa Ynez Valley and Solvang, as famous for their wine as they are for cycling.
We welcome up to 10 people on this trip. Cycling 30 – 60 miles per day.
