IRELAND BIKING & HIKING
The Irish are some of the friendliest people we’ve met anywhere in the world. On top of that they have a special affection for Americans. They see us as their kindred spirit of long distance family.
Ireland offers something for everyone from cycling to hiking, jig dancing to pub dining, falconry to sheepherding. The offerings of experiences are as diverse as they are deep. Yes, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all of it.
We’ll explore Ireland both on the bike as well as on the trail (on foot). Whether you’re a hiking lover or not, you’ll want to take a day off the bike to see this wildly developed system of trails. Getting up close and personal with locals, whether it’s meeting a farmer or learning the art of falconry is what makes Ireland outstanding.
We’ll meet whiskey and gin makers – food artisans – even a national Irish jig dance coach. After all, if we want to eat and drink at the local pubs it’s important to know a few dance steps to get friendly with the Irish locals.
Join us for a great week of riding on the Ring of Kerry, Ring of Baera, to Kinsale and the famed farm & cooking school of Ballymaloe. We’ll also hike the Kerry Way trail as well as other trails near Cork.
Please download the detailed itinerary or call us for more information.
Biking. Hiking. Pubs. Ring of Kerry. Falconry. Irish jig.
