OCT 26
We’ll start our journey with a beautiful walk in the countryside, champagne apero over a casual talk about what makes Provencal wines some of the best in the world. If you think the wine is delicious, wait until you taste Jude’s food!

OCT 27
The day starts with a walk to Mas du Mourchon for our first tasting. The vineyard owner Kate (yes a female!) will welcome us with open arms and share her flight of wines.
After, we’ll transfer to Clos du Caveau. This vineyard is known for its great wines but also the owner, who happens to be an excellent chef!
Walk in the vineyards with the owner, Henri, who has graciously offered for us to taste his finest wines and make us lunch.
After lunch, we’ll go for a hike to an Abbaye to hear Gregorian chants.
Our day ends with a casual but great dinner in a beautiful setting.

OCT 28
After a delicious breakfast, Philip will take you to a classic, Provencal market.   Walk the market, meet the vendors, sample what you like, and pick up herbs, salts, and more.
After the market, we’re focusing on Chateauneuf wines all day!
Follow Philip on this wine tasting extravaganza to our first visit at the famous Chateau la Nerthe. Did you know that Thomas Jefferson loved their wine? Few people are welcome to taste wines here so this is an exceptional visit.
Enjoy a gorgeous lunch with views of Chateauneuf at Verger des Papes.
Next, move to Domaine de la Solitude for our final “official” tasting. Philip is a shareholder of this vineyard so we’re invited for a VIP tasting to sample the top cuvees.
Finish the day with a fun dinner in the well-known town of Vaison-la-Romaine.
