See behind the scenes at the Tour de France

The Tour de France is arguably cycling’s most prestigious competition. Le Tour 2014 is well underway and the Chasing ATLAS team is providing a Dream-Come-True experience. Our guests will embed with pro cycling teams for the last six stages of the race culminating in the final celebration on the Champs-Élysées in Paris!
Chasing Atlas guest, Jonathan Morgan, has been putting in many miles in the saddle to prepare for this trip, as well as hours at his keyboard, writing his own BLOG in anticipation! http://a2014tourdefranceadventure.blogspot.com.
We spoke with Mr. Morgan on his thoughts about the upcoming adventure, “The opportunity to be embedded with a professional team as they compete during the greatest of all bike races is a historical experience. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rub shoulders with the best cyclists in the world.” Chasing ATLAS guests will be eating, sleeping, riding, and living — as a pro for a week…on the actual course in the team car, traveling in a team car, eating meals with team staff members, and riding the pro team bikes on the race route, just hours ahead of the pros. This is NOT the norm when it comes to a Tour de France guided trip. This is unprecedented — up close and personal. Another Chasing Atlas guest, Dr. Dann Byck, commented that he is most looking forward to actually establishing relationships with the athletes and team that will last over the years.Morgan is no stranger to hard-core athletics. As a triathlete, he has finished 9 Iron Man’s including KONA and is also an Ultra Marathon runner. A former Alpine Racing Ski Coach in Canada, he has spent his life working with professional athletes. For him, this opportunity to engage with the BEST in the cycling world is epic. “I am looking forward to asking Jens Voigt and Chris Horner how they have managed to stay competitive for so long,” says Morgan. “I would also love to meet Fabian Cancellara… and, the Green Jersey! Peter Sagan.”
Experiencing the Tour with Chasing ATLAS? I bet he will.
